User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced user acquisition manager consultant for continuous cooperation.

The main responsibility of the User Acquisition Manager is to bring new users to mobile applications. The products are for various geographical areas and various verticals, there are both those already launched and those that are just entering the market.

 

More details:

  1. Carrying out of comprehensive user acquisition efforts for mobile applications.
  2. Minimization of the cost of user acquisition.
  3. Planning, creation and optimization (either independently or with the help of traffic managers/dedicated traffic teams) of advertising campaigns in mobile advertising networks – TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, In-App networks, Apple Search Ads, etc.
  4. Analysis, evaluation and optimization of both the traffic quality and the entire sales funnel, improvement of efficiency, and reporting activity.
  5. Testing of creative advertising ideas, setting of development, optimization and improvement objectives for contractors.
  6. Recruiting of in-house traffic managers or out-of-house teams to achieve the plans.
  7. Research of marketing activities of competitors.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in user acquisition for mobile applications (App Store, Google Play).
  2. Total experience in mobile marketing – not less than 2 years.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with contractors.
  4. Results-oriented rather than process-oriented.
  5. At least the B2 level of English proficiency (ability to communicate in writing.).
